Scope of this page. The Aura Club Manager service is not yet offered in your region. This page covers only our blog/content and the waitlist sign-up form — not athlete, payment or club-member data.
1. Who we are
CHRISTIAN OTAVIO PASCHOALOTTO LTDA (“Aura”, “we”) operates this blog. As the data controller for this website:

2. Cookies & analytics
Our blog uses strictly necessary cookies for basic functionality. Where we use any analytics or non-essential cookies, we ask for your prior opt-in consent via a consent banner, in line with the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules. You can withdraw consent at any time.
3. Waitlist sign-up form
If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address together with your consent.
- Purpose: to notify you when Aura Club Manager launches in your region.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Retention: we keep your email until Aura Club Manager launches in your region, or for 24 months, whichever comes first — after which it is deleted. You can unsubscribe or ask for deletion at any time.
- We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@auraclubmanager.io. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. Sharing
We use Resend (USA) to send emails and standard hosting infrastructure. We share your data only with these providers under contract, and only as needed to run the blog and waitlist.
